Our network
of qualified interpreters is available 24/7 to assist you in
communicating with your LEP patients in any of 150
languages. Upon subscription, you will be given both a
Subscriber Number as well as the Toll Free number to call
when you need assistance. Upon calling,
a session coordinator
will have an interpreter on the line within 20-30 seconds, to assist you in
conversation with your patient.
There is
no cost for our service unless you use it. Each
minute of interpreting will be charged at a rate of $1.47.
Just complete the subscription form. As soon as your
account is open, you will receive your Client ID number,
which you will need to obtain service any time you need it.
You
can place calls to be interpreted from any phone in your
office with hands-free speaker feature, or you may order one
of our convenient dual-receiver phones. This unit will have
both, our call center and our help line numbers
pre-programmed, so when time is of essence, your calls will
be placed flawlessly and expediently at the touch of just
one key. The dual-receiver phone also offers the privacy
you would want to maintain when talking with your patients.
You will be
able to order your dual-receiver phone at the time of
subscription. Upon receipt of
your order your equipment will be programmed and shipped via
priority mail within 24 hours. Upon receipt, you'll be
ready to connect your new equipment and use the Interlanguage-Phone service any time the
need may arise.
